Training on customer service, problem solving and office management to operational level staffs

Green Bhutan Corporation Limited conducted the training for operational level staffs on customer service, problem solving and office management held at Bhutan Institute for Training and Development (BITAD) at Serbithang, Thimphu with effect from 30th July 2018 to 3rd August 2018. There were 17 participants including field staffs and office supporting staffs. The main objective of the training was to develop or enhance their knowledge and skills besides their roles and responsibilities.
